सौरव कुमार को जीआईसी कीर्तिखाल से 2021 में कक्षा 12वीं टॉप करने के लिए SBNJEAC ट्रस्ट की मेधावी छात्रवृत्ति दी गयी थी और वर्तमान में वे पहाड़ियों में बसे जयहरीखाल से बीएससी कर रहे हैं। उनकी प्रतिभा स्केचिंग  ( sketching) में है (कृपया नीचे दिए गए उनके यू-ट्यूब चैनल लिंक को देखें)। गरीब पृष्ठभूमि से होने के कारण किसी भी आर्थिक सहायता या अन्य सहायता के लिए सीधे इनसे इनके You Tube चैनल के माध्यम से संपर्क किया जा सकता है। ……..  Saurav Kumar is recipient of SBNEAC Trust merit scholarship award for topping Class 12th  in 2021 in GIC Kitritkhal and is presently doing B.Sc. from Jaiharikhal in hills.  His talent is however in sketching ( Please see his you tube channel link given below). ट्रस्ट के अन्य कार्य / Other work being done by the Trust :

ट्रस्ट ने उन लोगों को सहायता प्रदान करने के लिए एक छोटा सा कदम उठाया है जो वास्तव में गरीब और जरूरतमंद लोग हैं।

1. बहुमंजिला फ्लैट बनाने वाले मजदूरों के बच्चों को स्कूल जाने का मौका नहीं मिलता है क्योंकि उनके काम करने की जगह साल-दर-साल बदलती रहती है। ट्रस्ट ने ऐसे 13 बच्चों को बुनियादी हिंदी (लेखन और पढ़ने का कौशल) और अंकगणित पढ़ाने का बीड़ा उठाया है। यह एक सीमित समय की गतिविधि रही है जो 23 मई 2022 को इन बच्चों के स्तर को निरक्षर से ऊपर उठाने के सरल उद्देश्य से शुरू की गई थी।  10 जनवरी 2023 से यह कार्य फिर से शुरू किया गया लेकिन अधिकांश मजदूरों के शिफ्ट होने के कारण 15 दिन बाद ही बंद कर दिया गया। भविष्य में उपयुक्त समय पर इस  कार्य को फिर से शुरू किया जाएगा। इसकी रिपोर्ट अभी अंग्रेजी में उपलब्ध है और इसे जल्द ही हिंदी में अनुवाद कर वेबसाइट पर दी जाएगी।

Trust has undertaken a small step in providing assistance to people who are really poor and needy people.

Children of labourers who build multi-storied flats do not get chance to go to schools as their working location keep changing yearly. Trust has taken up a task of teaching 13 such children  basic Hindi ( writing and reading skills) and arithmetic. It has been a limited time  activity which  was initiated  on  23rd May 2022 with the simple aim of  raising the level of these children above illiterate. This activity was again initiated from 10th Jan 2023 but stopped after 15 days only due to shifting of majority of the labourers’. • योग्यता छात्रवृत्ति के लिए कुल धनराशि (सत्र 2022-23 के लिए छात्रों को जनवरी 2024 में दी गई) जो ट्रस्ट बचत खाते से  RTGS के माध्यम से 3 ट्रस्ट समन्वयकों को स्थानांतरित की गई   : ₹42,100/=
• ITR 2022-23 के लिए ट्रस्ट बचत खाते से RTGS के माध्यम से भुगतान किया गया आयकर (अब बदली हुई सरकारी नीति के अनुसार यह धनराशि वापस की जाएगी)    : ₹33,700/

Note:  (i) ट्रस्ट के अन्य सभी विविध व्यय जैसे,  ट्रस्ट की Website का वार्षिक शुल्क, छात्रवृत्ति वितरण के लिए स्कूलों की यात्रा, प्रेरणादायक पुस्तकें, योग्यता प्रमाण पत्र, मजदूर बच्चों को किताबें / स्टेशनरी प्रदान करना आदि ट्रस्ट की शुरुआत से ही ट्रस्टियों के व्यक्तिगत धन द्वारा वहन किये गए हैं। (ii) शुरुआत से लेकर वित्त वर्ष 2022-23 तक CA की फीस ट्रस्टी के निजी पैसे से वहन की गई है। (iii)  कृपया  ITR / Balance sheets 2021-22  और 2022-23 के लिए  Home page में दान/Donation select करें।

SBNJEAC ट्रस्ट की व्यय / दान की स्थिति शुरू से (1999)  से ३१ मार्च २०२४ तक में

– छात्रवृत्ति वितरणऔर मजदूरों के बच्चों के शिक्षण (सिर्फ ₹3000), में ट्रस्ट का कुल व्यय: > ₹4.9  लाख

–  छात्रवृत्ति से सम्मानित विद्यार्थी : > 990

– शुरुआत से अब तक छात्रवृत्ति के लिए ट्रस्ट द्वारा शामिल किए गए स्कूलों की अधिकतम संख्या: 37

– कुल  प्राप्त दान:  ₹7,85,024/=

निधि उपयोग का तरीका:  सभी दान SBI बैंक, तेल भवन शाखा, देहरादून में ट्रस्ट के बचत बैंक खाते में जमा किए जाते हैं। उच्च आय-सृजन के लिए UTI mutual fund या बैंक FD में इस ट्रस्ट खाते के फंड से निवेश किया जाता है। Mutual Fund/FD से उत्पन्न लाभांश/बैंक ब्याज भी इस बचत खाते में जमा होता है और आंशिक रूप से (i) ट्रस्ट छात्रवृत्ति में वितरित हेतु (ii) Mutual Fund/बैंक FD में पुनर्निवेश के लिए उपयोग किया जाता है। ट्रस्ट खाता दो ट्रस्टियों के संयुक्त हस्ताक्षर से संचालित होता है और ट्रस्ट को/से सभी जमा/निकासी यहाँ परिलक्षित होते हैं।

वित्तीय वर्ष 2023-24 में ट्रस्ट के बचत खाते धन की कमी के कारण, योग्यता छात्रवृत्ति वितरण के लिए म्यूचुअल फंड से ₹ ​​40,000 की राशि निकाली गई थी। ऐसा इसलिए किया जाना था क्योंकि सरकारी नीति के अनुसार नए नियमों के तहत इस वर्ष पहली बार आयकर के रूप में ₹ 33,700 की राशि का भुगतान किया जाना था।

Note: (i) All  miscellaneous expenditure like  Website annual fees, travel to schools for scholarship distribution, inspirational books, merit certificates,  providing  books/ stationary to laborers’ kids etc. have been borne by personal money of Trustees  from the very beginning of the Trust  till the year 2022-23 (ii) CA fees up to FY2022-23 have been borne from personal money of Trustees (iii) For ITRs  & Balance sheets for 2021-22  & 2022-23 select Donation in homepage.

• Total expenditure of  the Trust (Scholarship distribution & Hindi teaching to children of  labourers ( only ₹3000/= spent on this)) :.> ₹4.9 Lakhs
• Total donation received so far: ₹ 7,85,024/=
• Total students who were awarded scholarships: > 990 Nos.
• Maximum numbers of schools covered by Trust for scholarships from beginning:  37 Nos.

Mode of fund utilization:  All Donations get deposited in Saving bank Account of the Trust in SBI, Tel Bhavan, Dehradun. Investment is made from the fund in this Trust account, in UTI mutual funds or bank FDs for higher income-generation. The dividend/bank interest generated from mutual funds/FDs also gets deposited in this saving account and is partially utilized for (i) giving Trust scholarships (ii) for reinvestment in mutual funds/ bank FDs. Trust account is operable by joint signature of the two trustees and all deposits/withdrawals to/from the Trust are reflected here.

For FY 2023-24, owing to the paucity of funds in Trust saving account, an amount of ₹ 40,000 was drawn from Mutual Fund for merit scholarship distribution. This was to be done as an amount of ₹ 33,700 was to be paid as income Tax for the first time this year under new rules as per  Govt policy.
