ट्रस्ट के बारे में अपडेट (दिनांक: 31मई 2026) / Update about the Trust (Date: 31st May 2026)
इस नए वित्तीय वर्ष 2026-27 से ट्रस्ट, सुश्री निकिता कंडवाल जो उत्तराखंड के एक सरकारी कॉलेज से बी.कॉम कर रही हैं को सेमेस्टर फीस और परीक्षा फीस दे रहा है। निकिता कंडवाल शिक्षा सत्र 2024-25 में राजकीय इंटर कॉलेज मटियाली से 12वीं कक्षा की टॉपर रही हैं और ट्रस्ट से मेधावी छात्रवृत्ति प्राप्त की है।
सुश्री जिया रावत ने इस वर्ष शिक्षा सत्र 2025-26 के लिए कक्षा 12 में राजकीय इंटर कॉलेज मटियाली से प्रथम स्थान प्राप्त किया और उत्तराखंड बोर्ड में नौवीं रैंक हासिल की है। हमें यह बताते हुए खुशी हो रही है कि उसे कक्षा 8वीं और कक्षा 10 के लिए हमारी ट्रस्ट से भी मेधावी छात्रवृत्ति प्राप्त हुई है। उसे कक्षा 12 के लिए भी ट्रस्ट छात्रवृत्ति प्राप्त होगी।
ट्रस्ट दोनों बेटियों के उज्ज्वल भविष्य की कामना करता है।
From this new Financial year 2026-27, Trust is giving semester fees and examination fees to Ms Nikita Kandwal, who is doing B.com from a government college from Uttarakhand. She has been the topper of Class 12th from Government Inter College Matiyali for the school session 2024-25 and has received meritorious scholarship from the Trust.
Ms JIa Rawat, stood first from Government Inter college Matiyali in class 12 this year for the school session 2025-26 and has secured ninth rank in the Uttarakhand board. We are glad to inform that she was recipient of our Trust meritorious scholarship for class 8th and class 10. She will also receive the Trust scholarship for class 12.
Trust wishes both daughters a bright future.

हम अब तक क्या करते रहे हैं? / What we have been doing until now?
वर्ष 1999 से, लगभग हर साल, हम उत्तराखंड के मुख्यत: पहाड़ी क्षेत्रों के कई सरकारी स्कूलों के मेधावी विद्यार्थियों को नकद छात्रवृत्ति पुरस्कार, योग्यता प्रमाण पत्र और स्वामी विवेकानंद से संबंधित प्रेरक पुस्तकों के साथ पुरस्कृत कर रहे हैं। अब तक, 37 सरकारी स्कूलों के 1080 से अधिक विद्यार्थियों ने पुरस्कार प्राप्त किए हैं और 5.75 लाख रुपये से अधिक की नकद राशि मेधावी छात्रवृत्ति में वितरित की गयी है। इन विद्यालयों के कक्षा 10वीं और 8वीं में प्रथम व द्वितीय स्थान प्राप्त करने वाले विद्यार्थियों को नकद पुरस्कार दिया जाता है।तीन स्कूलों के 12वीं कक्षा के टॉपर्स को भी मेधावी छात्रवृत्तियां दी जाती हैं, ये तीन स्कूल ट्रस्ट द्वारा चयनित किए गए सभी स्कूलों के विद्यार्थियों को मेधावी छात्रवृत्ति वितरित करने के तीन केंद्र हैं। कक्षा 5वीं को पहले नकद पुरस्कार भी दिए जाते थे लेकिन बाद में कई प्राथमिक विद्यालयों के बंद होने और इन विद्यालयों में कक्षा 5वीं के विद्यार्थियों की संख्या कम होने के कारण इसे बंद कर दिया गया।
Nearly every year, since year 1999, we have been awarding meritorious students of several Government schools of Uttrakhand, primarily in hill region with cash scholarship award, merit certificates and inspiring books on/from Swami Vikvekanand. So far, 1080 plus students of 37 Government schools have received awards and ₹ 5.75 Lakhs plus have been distributed in cash merit scholarships. Students securing 1st and 2nd position, in class 10th and 8th of schools have been considered. Meritorious scholarships are also given to toppers of class 12 of three schools, these three schools being the three centers of the Trust for disbursing of meritorious scholarships to students of all schools selected by the Trust. Cash awards to class 5th were also given earlier but later discontinued due to closure of many primary schools and there being lesser numbers of students in these schools.

Trust has done some work in teaching basic Hindi to children of labourers engaged in constructing of multi-storied buildings and getting their admission done in primary government school. Three reports ( in Hindi and English) of the work done were prepared. To see click at REPORT

ट्रस्ट के फंड के उपयोग का तरीका और शुरुआत से ट्रस्ट की वर्तमान स्थिति का सार:
निधि उपयोग का तरीका:
सभी दान SBI बैंक, तेल भवन शाखा, देहरादून में ट्रस्ट के बचत बैंक खाते में जमा किए जाते हैं। उच्च आय-सृजन के लिए UTI mutual fund या बैंक FD में इस ट्रस्ट खाते के फंड से निवेश किया जाता है। Mutual Fund/FD से उत्पन्न लाभांश/बैंक ब्याज भी इस बचत खाते में जमा होता है और आंशिक रूप से (i) ट्रस्ट छात्रवृत्ति में वितरित हेतु (ii) Mutual Fund/बैंक FD में पुनर्निवेश के लिए उपयोग किया जाता है। ट्रस्ट खाता दो ट्रस्टियों के संयुक्त हस्ताक्षर से संचालित होता है और ट्रस्ट को/से सभी जमा/निकासी यहाँ परिलक्षित होते हैं।
वेबसाइट की वार्षिक फीस, छात्रवृत्ति वितरण के लिए स्कूलों की यात्रा व्यय, रामकृष्ण मिशन से प्रेरणादायक पुस्तकें, ट्रस्ट योग्यता प्रमाण पत्र आदि जैसे विविध व्यय ट्रस्ट की शुरुआत से ट्रस्टियों के व्यक्तिगत धन द्वारा वहन किए गए हैं। हालाँकि, वित्त वर्ष 2023-24 से, 9000 रुपये की CA की फीस ट्रस्ट वित्त से वहन की जा रही है। इसमें वित्त वर्ष 2023-24 का ऑडिट, खातों का सत्यापन और आईटीआर दाखिल करना शामिल है।
वर्ष 2021-22 से बाद की Income-Tax Returns/ Balance sheets, दान देने का तरीका और दानकर्ताओं की सूची, ‘Donation Details’ page में देखी जा सकती है।
31.03.2026 तक ट्रस्ट की वित्तीय स्थिति :
- ट्रस्ट बचत खाता, भारतीय स्टेट बैंक, तेल भवन शाखा, देहरादून में राशि: ₹67,450/=
- भारतीय स्टेट बैंक में सावधि जमा (Fixed Deposit) राशि: ₹2 लाख (वित्त वर्ष 2025-26 में जमा किए गए ₹1 लाख शामिल हैं)
- UTI में म्यूचुअल फंड निवेश लागत मूल्य: ₹ 11,32,365/= (वित्तीय वर्ष 2025-26 में म्यूचुअल फंड में निवेश किए गए ₹50,000 शामिल हैं)
- म्यूचुअल फंड का वर्तमान मूल्य 31.03.2026 तक : ₹17,47143/=
- हाथ में नकद राशि : ₹8266/= (वित्त वर्ष 2024-25 की ITR से कोई फर्क नहीं )
- वित्त वर्ष 2025-26 में प्राप्त कुल दान: ₹1,40,001/= ( शुरुआत से अब तक ट्रस्ट को प्राप्त कुल दान: ₹9,36,326/=)

- 11 सरकारी स्कूलों के 47 मेधावी विद्यार्थियों को दी गई मेरिट छात्रवृत्ति राशि: ₹45,200/=
(अब तक 37 सरकारी स्कूलों के 1082 विद्यार्थियों को दी गई कुल छात्रवृत्ति राशि: ₹ 6.45 लाख ) - प्रेरक पुस्तकें जो मेधावी विद्यार्थियों को दी गईं: ₹ 1650/= (ये वे पुस्तकें हैं जिनके लिए चेक से भुगतान किया गया था, अन्य सभी पुस्तकें व्यय में शामिल नहीं हैं और ट्रस्टी के पैसे की हैं)
- CA फीस: ₹ 9000 (ITR दाखिल करने, ट्रस्ट ऑडिट और 80G और 12ए ट्रस्ट प्रमाणपत्र के विस्तार और अनुमोदन के लिए)
A gist on mode of fund utilization and current status of Trust from:
Mode of fund utilization:
All Donations get deposited in Saving bank Account of the Trust in SBI, Tel Bhavan, Dehradun. Investment is made from the fund in this Trust account, in UTI mutual funds or bank FDs for higher income-generation. The dividend/bank interest generated from mutual funds/FDs also gets deposited in this saving account and is partially utilized for (i) giving Trust scholarships (ii) for reinvestment in mutual funds/ bank FDs. Trust account is operable by joint signature of the two trustees and all deposits/withdrawals to/from the Trust are reflected here.
Miscellaneous expenditures like Website annual fees, travel expenses to schools for scholarship distribution, inspirational books from RamaKrishna Mission, Trust merit certificates etc. have been borne by personal money of Trustees from the beginning of the Trust. However, from FY 2023-24, CA fees of Rs 9000 is being borne from Trust finances. It includes Audit of FY 2023-24, validation of accounts and filing of ITR.
